Power 2020 Mattress Satisfaction Report. The award marks the second consecutive year Tempur-Pedic has achieved this distinction, and the third time overall. In addition to being ranked #1 in overall customer satisfaction, Tempur-Pedic earned #1 rankings for support, durability, comfort, variety of features, value, and contact with customer service.
